Here are the basics ~

• Our building is available free of charge. We do however require a damage deposit of $250, per day. Please call our office @ 219-766-3224 for details on damage deposits. 

• Damage deposits are required to reserve our building.

• Events requiring a sound engineer will need to hire such persons from Open Door @ a cost of $50 per hour. 

• Our janitors spend an additional average of 2-4 hours preparing our building for our service after an event, at a rate of $25 per hour. We appreciate any contributions towards this fee.

• Our kitchen is available for limited food preparation.

• Bridal party dressing rooms are available.

• Alcoholic beverages are not permitted. 

• Our cafe area seats up to 45 people.

• Our Sanctuary seats up to 300 people.

• Our Family Room seats up to 100 people.
